We conduct behavioral-based interviews, which differ from traditional interviews and allow you to tell us about previous work-related situations. During your interview you should be prepared to describe situations or tasks you faced, actions you took and results or changes caused by your actions during your interview.
To provide more insight into your background, we may also ask questions about experiences that don’t always work out in your favor. Answers to these types of questions show what you’ve learned from these experiences. We’ll also ask about your interests and welcome questions about our organization and career opportunities.
Other interview details, such as type, number, interviewers, length and question complexity, vary based on the position.
